I love being surprised by a dessert that is gluten free, dairy free, and egg free is also so flavor full!

One thing that I really want to share about gluten free foods is that they are just as yummy and satisfying (if not more) than any ol’ glutanious food.

One thing I really appreciate about my Italian childhood, and my dad owning a specialty Italian food business, is that I got super spoiled with high quality food. This is also why we didn’t go out to eat often… we could make it at home healthier and with legit Italian ingredients.

When I bake anything for a client I want to give them something that is awesome, and that means not skimping on the quality of ingredients.
